phobia...!!!! whats urs ?

I have a pretty severe phobia of Peacocks.....I was chased by one when I was small, just the sound of their call makes me feel queasy, seeing one is even worse especially if its feathers are all on show. Also needles I hate needles!

Hello Kasyap... Your post interest me and I like to share it. I am afraid on almost all insects, but the only animal I have phobia with is with the dog, I have biten by dog twice and chased and for me it was a terrible experience. So from then on I never get near a dog even with puppies. I avoided them even when I am walking in the streets. In fact when I am walking and I saw a dog coming on my way, I walk across the street just to get rid of dogs. It started when I was 8 years old. A neighbor of ours has a pet dog who is always in fence. One time I got inside their house without the permission because nobody is answering when I knock at the door and somebody from other region is looking for them. So I get inside and was shock when a dog run on me and bite me. It leaves a big scars on my knee. And then a week after when I was walking, another dog from neighbor bite me even though I am just walking and againleaves a scar on my other knee, and that same dog chase me again after a week.

My phobia is being outside after dark. Two months ago, my boss was shot and killed and I witnessed it. I've been afraid to go outside after dark ever since. It's dark when I leave work. I run to my vehicle, jump in and lock it before I even start it and my husband meets me outside to walk me in when I get home. I'm trying to find a new job so I don't have to leave after dark.

I have this phobia of vomiting.. dunno why...
