Hello dear rosema. When my friends have some problems, I am glad to say that they are happy to talk to me for some advice and we would think of ways together to see if we could get it solved in a nice and effective way. I could give some helpful advice quite sometimes. Thanks.

Sadly no. :( I thought I was a good adviser but then I just realized yesterday that I wasn't. My friend and I talked about her problems financially, with her family, with her studies and she cried at the same time. I did lend her my shoulder to cry on but instead of advising her what to do next, I told her what she should have done. Its seems like I'm making her feel worse for telling all the things that she should be doing. It's like I'm not advising her but rather scolding her or something. I hope you get me. :)
It's definitely my mistake and I just realized that it's wrong when she (the person who I should be advising), turned out to be the person advising me. I've learned a very valuable lesson yesterday. Being a friend is definitely not that easy. Ill do good next time in advising for sure. My friend is still not okay now. Anyway, best of luck!

i don't see myself as a crying shoulder or good adviser for my friends or anyone else. i am just glad to be there when they need me. i don't plan to be like that.it just happens. and some friends approached me to seek for guidance or clarity of mind, i just listened to them and asked some questions. i did not provide advice or anything. i just clarified things for them.
