Why They think like this?

Probably because most people who have businesses are very money savvy and typically have a lot of money and very nice care - at least if they have been in business for a few years.

Maybe those people who think like that never have their own business yet. i have been doing several small business but so far I did not get big money yet. :) That's why I am still writing post in mylot.. haha :)

cause actually to have a business you must have a capital to begin and to have a capital means a lot of money, and since then people think like that

I think the reason why some people think so could be like this: since you are doing business, it shows that you have enough money for it, otherwise how come you do business? Another reason could be: they have no idea how much you need to spend or invest on the business when they only see you gain some profit. But in fact, it is hard to say how much you could earn from doing business unless it is a very good one...

It's because one cannot have a business without a business capital for you to open a business. So I think it's already part of human beings to think that if a person has a business, we can assume that he or she has a lot of money. :-)

the hope to be prosperous does think that thew business will succeed. But is is easy to think that having a lot money can be disastrous. Trade is not so easy. It is as a ladder.. one step at a time.

Because you cannot run a business without money for a long time.

Because they see you as being worth what the company is worth not the money it brings in nor at what you have to pay out. Most business do not reach a profit point for at least 1 to 3 years. Most people do not see it that way.

I think people believe that having your own business asure you a big income. Simply your the boss, you have people working under you, and you own the company. Not like the people you are referring to, they have to follow orders. Just be proud your a businessmen like me lol.

I find that when I am working that people also think that I have a lot of money. But they dont seem to realise that your bills have still to be paid.... :-)

this is very true. well, my guess is that people think that having a business requires seed capital. one can't have business without capital. people often forget that at times, seed capital is loaned from a bank or someone. but people can determine whether one's business is doing well or not. if they see that one's business is doing well, then one is a traget of kidnapping for it is perceived that the person has a lot of money.

simply because it is true. You can't own a business unless you have the right capital and resources. And of course when your business booms, people will notice even the things you do and buy like going out of the country and buying a car lol...
