I love designer jewlery,,I love to buy it but I can't wear it

With all the new technology I was wondering if it something i can use to put on costume jewelery so I won't break out. I know its the metal in the jewelery that make me itch, break out in little tiny bumps or my ears get so infected its YULKY! I purchase the nickel free stuff but that's not the same, I have to purchase, good gold and really good silver because I have a reaction to silver too. I have tried everything, nail polish, purchased this stuff they said would do that trick but didn't work. Drats, I am so limited. I have a few pieces of gold and silver but I want to change up and put on some funky stuff. Does anybody know of anything.
