What's up with all the anti-Yuwie sentiment here? I personally know 2 people who make more than $100/month with Yuwie.
It's not a scam, how can it be, it's totally free and doesn't trick you into anything? Secondly don't think that with 10 refs you are gonna strike gold. You need to work for it, post good content in your blogs, visit other peoples sites especially those of your downline. Make new friends and so on. Honestly most of my Yuwie referrals are more active there than my Mylot referrals here.
People please get this once and for all, without effort you can't earn money, nowhere, never!!! It doesn't exist unless you have a rich daddy to sponsor you.
Don't join Yuwie only for the money, join it to use it's socialnetworking features. Don't promote it to people looking for a fast buck, they stop using it after a few days. Promote it to those looking for a myspace type of site.
You know the internet is full with people looking to make money online, they sign up everywhere try out a PTC, MyLot, Yuwie and so on and after a few days or weeks they decide it doesn't work, post their opinion everywhere on forums and sign up with the next big thing that's gonna make them rich. They keep looking for months and months wasting energy and I make money while they complain.
There is only 1 rule with making money online and that is PERSISTENCE! Stick to a few opportunities and work them like crazy don't switch, stick with them and work HARD. It pays off, I have done this with Marketing Pond, with Adbux, with Hits4Pay, with Clixsense, Yuwie and so on. Each time I get lots of referrals, there is no secret to it, just plain hard work and creativity.
So before you go on complaining about making next to no money with whatever genuine website, put in some effort first.

Yes you should, convert your friends to Yuwie and make money doing what you and your friends already are doing. No need to even remove your myspace profile, you can post the same content on Yuwie and you can use MySpace layouts as well.
Check my profile for a link to Yuwie if you want to check it out.

I've tried with yuwie for about 2 weeks now but I obviously either don't get it or don't get on with it. It's stuck at zero and nothing I do seems to want to move that marker. And as for those screaming queen smileys - whoever invented them should be seriously embarrassed...

yes thes screaming smileys are over the top I agree. But you have stuff you don't like everywhere. I in fact don't like the colorscheme or layout of Yuwie not to mention it doesn't work properly in my favorite browser Opera.
But that aside it is a good place and there are good people just as there are bad people. I don't see it being inherently better or worse than myLot in fact the two are very different.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU , THANK YOU! Thank you for finally trying to get people to listen. Oh I'm sick of hearing that Yuwie is a scam and a pyramid scheme. I have so much fun over there just like I do here. I have said the same thing, you have to work something if you want to make money with it. There is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme where you do nothing and the money just comes to you. I found that out the hard way and learned from my mistakes. I work hard on my many programs and I earn from them. I refer people and I earn from their efforts. People just don't get it, all you have to do is create a nice profile over there, create a nice blog and post in it as often as you can and visit your friends profiles and comment. Just like Myspace, only you're getting paid for doing this. And even though it does take work it is a fun place. I have made just as many good friends there as I have here. And just like you, my referrals here aren't doing a thing but over at Yuwie they are active like crazy! I have referrals in all 10 levels and you actually make more off of your 10th level.
I just wish people would quit calling things scams when they don't have any proof. Like you said, how can it be a scam when it's free, you're not pressured to do anything, and people are posting their payment proofs right there on their Yuwie blogs for everyone to see. They are not hiding the fact they are making money and I have some good friends there that have lots of great stuff on their blogs to help other members earn more.
Hey 1Dollar, I don't think you're on my friends list over there. Go to my yuwie profile:
www.yuwie.com/cwilson26
And add me if you like. I will visit your profile and blogs as often as my time allows. I'm logging off now but I will check over there later to see if you requested me or not and then I will add you. Thank you for starting this discussion! :)

Yes I also got frustrated by that type of mails. I must admit in the beginning I didn't believe in Yuwie either but I just tried it and put some more effort in it and now it's working.
I don't have members until 10th level yet only level 7 because I started late to work on it. I can say it's growing daily and monthly income is increasing exponentially.

You need to do both and you need to look at your referrals profiles and tell them to do the same. Referrals and Pageviews are the key here so unless you work on both you will not even move an inch
