usually do you add new topics created by users or not?

usually when we answer to a disucssion in a different topics we can choose i we want ad new topics created by users or not...so usually do you add it or not?or you like more to post your discussion for that topic in a more general one?and why?

Oh, it depends if I really like that topic or not. I think that sometimes I will add a topic, because I'm interested in it. I can tell you that some are real close to what I already have, I probably won't add it.
