Bed time...finally!

Usually I do not even try to go to bed until 3 am because I am such an insomniac. Tonight, I am going to bed right now, it is 10:05. I am hoping to actually fall asleep. This will be my first time going to bed at a decent time since...since...I can't even remember. Probably more than four months at least. What time do you usually get to bed? Any methods when you can't sleep?

I have a hard time falling asleep too. especially If I am anxious or nervous there is a natural sleep aid you can try called melatonin it helps you fall asleep faster without the risk of any co depedency. It does cause my dreams to be a little crazy though. but I suggest it to everybody I know who struggles falling asleep, and they all seem to have had good experiences with it too.

Going to bed early last night did me no good, I was even more tired than when I get barely any sleep. It was as if I had over slept even though I only got 8 hours of sleep.

I normally don't have a problem falling asleep. I tend to stay up until around midnight most nights. It is only 10:18pm right now and I am thinking about going to bed early too. Must be something in the air if we are both thinking of going to bed early.

I wanted to go to bed early last night but ended up staying up until 1 working on a project, I am off to sleep now. Good night.

i have trouble sleeping also. i try and stay up mylotting until probably around 11pm and i feel that i am drowsy and can not stay up anymore.then i usually go to bed and i wake up an hour later wide awake.its so annoying and i wish i had some methods to share with you ,but i don't have any.cheers sue

i am going to try my best to mylot my heart out for the next week or so and i do believe i will probably not be going to bed any earlier tonight because it did me no good last night. i was even more tired than without as much sleep.
