What is everyone's take on the Madonna adoption debate?

i think she is trying to be another angelina jolie.

A little boy who would other wise have no quality of life and a very short expected lifespan will now live in a safe and loving home. Her other two children seem like happy well adjusted children so God bless her for opening her home to this boy. To those who criticise her, what exactly are you doing for children in inpoverished conditions? I don't particularly like Madonna, but at least shes doing something!

I'm sick of hearing about it. I don't think she should adopt, I think the child is being used as a new fashion accessory and other celebreties will jump on the bandwagon. In the best interests of the child Madonna should have quietly sponsored him and allowed him to be brought up out of the limelight in his own country. Let's face it she could sponsor all the children in the village.

I think it's crazy. I really don't care what Madonna does. ANd she is actually giving a kid a better life.
