what type of marriage do you prefer arranged or love??

prefer a love marriage, because you know the person really well and you really love them otherwise you wouldn't marry them, i dont think arranged marriages are right, its against peoples free choice to be forced to spend the rest of their life with a stranger, although arranged marriages have been proved to last longer than non- arranged marriages. I only agree with it, if the people ask to have an arranged marriage and are not forced

I couldnt go through with an arranged marraige. If i didnt love the person before i got married to them, there would be no way on earth i could learn to love them if i was forced to marry them. I know that this is the normal in some cultures, but i just couldnt do it and i dont understand it. Not in this day and age. I u nderstand back in the day people used to trade their daughters hand in marraige for peace, or food or friendship of villages or town, stuff like that, but what is the purpose for it now a day ? Do any arranged marraiges end up getting devorced or is that not legal ? or do they even have devorce where there are arranged marraiges. What happens if you are arranged to marry someone who is like a child molestor, or a rapist, or even worse a murderer!! omg. the possibilites are endless on how that could just all go so wrong wrong wrong.
