Have you heard of the Neti Pot treatment? It's supposed to help fight colds, flu, sinusitis and such. I guess its become a really popular health craze. People even give demonstrations on how to use it in cafe's in New York.

Ya know, I have wanted to try it. I originally saw it on Oprah over a year ago. I never got around to buying one. I could really use it to since I have major sinus problems.

My sister has one of those things. She says that they work great, but you kind of feel like you are drowning when you first use it. She said you get used to it though. I don't know that I could get myself to use one. I guess if my sinuses got bad enough maybe.
