I have like 10 of these steaks called half footballs. I have never made them before. I was wondering if nyone had any suggestions on the best way to cook them? My family likes things with spice to them. They were given to me by a friend and she just told me they were half football steaks.

WHY IS it called half football steak? it is a new word for me. i have search yahoo but it did not come up with any topics about half football steak...
