Cookie Diet

On my way to work I was listening to the radio and the dj's were talking about what celebrities do to watch their weight. One of the new diets they are doing is called the cookie diet. Have you heard of this? I don't know all the details, but they said the idea behind it was eat a cookie in lieu of a meal. Isn't that kind of like starving yourself. It sounds so ridiculous..

I can never eat just one cookie. I don't think this diet would work for me. I would have to rename it I ate the whole batch diet. I'm doing the old fashioned count the calories diet.

Yeah, I know what you mean. My cookie diet means a cookie in addition to my meal. I love sweet stuff.
