Which is the most difficult dish to cook?

I always cheat a little when I make home-made pizza. I buy the ready made pizza bases and put my own toppings on them. It also works out a lot cheaper than making your own dough. :-)

I do not know about pizza because we do not make one at home. Regarding sweets we make different sweets every weekend and our sweets like Jamoon (milk product), Mysore pak, Jelebi, Jangeer. All these are easy to prepare and it is least complicated, though the taste varies depending on the maker and maker's combination and proper mix plus timing is important.There is nothing that is difficult, if one practices with dedicated and interest.
