Do you have a mouse for your laptop?

I have quite a complicated answer to this one...
My first laptop didn't have a mouse and I quickly became a keyboard shortcut adept. It was rare that I would use the touchpad at all.
Currently I use my partner's laptop to access the internet (mine is having issues with the router). While he has a laser mouse I tend not to use it; it's big and bulky and ugly. However, if I remember I will plug my mini roller mouse in... but it only works if already plugged in before starting up *sigh*.
If I'm on my own laptop then I'm either playing games or writing. Both of which I prefer to use the mouse with and not the pad.
I find the option of not having to use the mouse good, whether it be because I use the pad or the shortcuts (tab is my best friend), but some things really need a mouse for the speed and accuracy. laptop users have the bets of both worlds :)

i don't have a laptop but we have laptops in the office which we use very frequently. its okay for me also to use it without a mouse but like you said, its more convenient and faster when you're using a mouse. sometimes it would feel awkward when you're just moving your finger or the button and it makes working a little slower. ^__^;;

if possible,I will have a mouse,because I think it is more convenient too.I do not care for the touchpad,it is too sensitive.sometimes,it waste my more time to type something.

I don't have one. At first when I got my laptop I thought it would be weird and i wouldn't like using the pad that it has but I've learned to like it and I don't think it'll be the same if I have a mouse. And plus when I use the laptop I'm on my bed and am laying down and I can't use a mouse like that.

I have a mouse for my laptop (somewhere....???) but I do not use it - I use the touchpad... It took me a while to get used to it, so I did use the mouse for a while after I got my laptop, but once I got used to the touchpad I just started using that all the time.

i'm kinda irritated when i use a mouse pad instead of using a mouse. so it's definitely a must for me to have a mouse

I have not used laptop, but I think most probably I might need a mouse. I sometimes use shortcut keys with my keyboard on my computer, but I still think I need mouse. I think most probably I might buy additional mouse if I own a laptop some day in the future.

no I mean that I can't use a mouse. If I were to hook one up to my lap top, I wouldn't be able to use it.

Yes, I use a small retractable mouse on my laptop. I do not like the mouse on the laptops at all.

I do the same as you 'cause it's faster and more easy to use a mouse.

sometimes i use an external mouse for my laptop because its a lot easier to use an external mouse than use the default one in the laptop.it hurts my fingers when using it unlike the conventional mouse which is a lot more comfortable.
