Well, my partner and I were sitting in our dining room and looked out the window. We saw a couple of mormons (or what i guess to be mormons) doorknocking at our neighbours. So we decided we were in the mood for a bit of a discussion. A deep and meaningful. (my partner doesn't believe, i'm not sure what i believe).
We were sitting out on our front deck having a cigarette and and a beer waiting for them. We could hear a little of the discussion they were having with our next door neighbour. And knew when they were starting to end it, so were getting a little excited, wanting to learn and debate a little.....
And they glanced at us before walking away!!!!!!
Why?
Were we too eager?
Should we have played hard to get?

I posted that sooner than I had planned. My father, who is a hippie preacher, used to invite the Jehovah Witnesses into the house. He would discuss the bible and tell them about the hebrew translations of original script and by the time they got done with him, they were begging to leave. He always claimed he was just trying to give themm a different viewpoint. I think he was trying to annoy them. LOL

haha, any other time I probably would've, but this time I was in a great mood, the kids and i had had a really nice happy day, I was ecstatic to see my partner, life was really good, and i just wanted to learn and educate others! A nice healthy but not argumentative debate...is that too much to ask??
