Coffee,Coffee,Coffee!

I buy coffee powder which is ground before me at the ratio of 70:30 of coffee and chicory.

I LOVE coffe.I preffer ground the beans,so the flavor is fresh.when i was younger,I would drink without the milk..now,I can't.Brazlian and colombiam coffe are the best.The quality is good,and pure flavor.I am drinkind decaff now,because i am nursing my new baby...

I like coffee once in a while, many different ways though. Ok, i like the usual brewed coffee, not strong with milk and sugar. I also like my coffee, half coffee and half hotchocolate. Or, coffee with hot chocolate mix in it instead of milk. My friends mom used to make something called we called "coffee juice", It was coffee that was brewed over and over and over again, like 10 times so it was SUPER strong and then she added LOTS and LOTS of sugar, and then you mixed a little bit of it with milk and stirred it up. That was really good ;)

when i was a kid we are used to drink coffee made of grinded freshly roasted coffee boiled in water. now on today generation Y, we only use instant coffee to prepare our hot coffee. i go to mocha blends or mug cafe in order to try a different concoctions of coffee such as mochaccino, capuccino etc.

I myself do not drink coffee. My husband does though. He likes his coffee strong and black. He does not like flavored coffees. He would love it if we could afford to grind our own beans. He prefers Folgers dark blend of coffee.

The method of making more healthy coffee is used here in Brazil. The coffee'machines are everywhere and make a good coffee. The eletrical coffee"makes not have a good coffee..Especially if you leave a jar of coffee on the plate to keep warm.This leaves the coffees with bitter taste and a touch "old". I read ( i dont know where)that studies shows that coffees filtered is the most healthy ..and in my opinion is the most tasty. In the vast majority( almost all) of the houses in Brazil uses to filter coffee, either with filter paper or cloth .. as before. Try it!!

I use maxwell house instant coffee.1 cup with 2 flat teaspoons of sugar,1 flat teaspoon of coffee and cream,just enough to look like mocha color,yummy!I think i will go make one,hehe! Peanutjar:)
