What would you like to change in Hotmail's service?

Is there anything that you "hate" or you actually do not like at Hotmail's service? Is it its apperanace? Its storage file? Or something else? You are also asked (optional) to include a descriptive opinion about the general "work" of Hotmail (dis/advantages)
