Strange Incident in India.

I have recently read a blog post about a which says In India they found a couple of whom one is HIV negative and the other partner positive and yet the wife is pregnant. That some how seems to show its possible to have physical relation with HIV positive persons and yet remain healthy. Is it possible ?? Or is it mistake or is it bluff.

its not that rare. i know someone who is hiv positive who is married to a hiv negative guy and they have 2 healthy children as well.
