Ahahaha, so you are addicted to Second life. But could it be good? There are lots of things to learn on Second life. SO much you would wanna try out. Well... why not take that farther... and invest in that. Like if you are skilled, and you know what you are doing... you could seriously make some good money on Second life.
If you play Second Life,
What skills do you have?
Would you take it farther to make money?
Its just crazy how people can actually feel comfortable enough to just stop their day jobs because they make more money with their business in Second life.

I tried to play it but my computer aparently doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play the game lol. I guess its time to get a new one soon. however i guess if its that addicting i'm better off not playing it! Do you have to pay in to play and make money ? and if you put money into the game, just like a regular business can you also loose all your money ? that would be rotten!

It is quite funny how much SL impacts things in RL for sure. Thanks for posting.

I play Second Life, and yes it is good for me, but I'm not addicted. I say it is good for me because Second Life allows me to do things I cannot do IRL, and has allowed me to make lots of friends. I'm looking for work In-Game too. :)

i might consider it. i know someone that makes thier living on second life throught real estate. hey buys whole sims and rents out the land for ex amount a month. and he makes enough to live comfortably AND he has a staff all over the states that he pays like a regular job, to the tune of 800 a month. if I had such prospects i would likely do the same and at some point i would have to say that i would be able to make a pretty good living. actually i might just think about seeing if i could work for him for a while. i may have to learn some things that i dont know about second life to do it but i think it would be worth my time.

Yea I've been wanting to do real estate too, but I'm waiting on to see if the stability gets better for second life. Thanks for your response... most people seem to be bias to second life. ;P

I was addicted to second life and it was very bittersweet. On one side I almost lost all my friends and ended up leaving college thinking I had found all I would need to succeed in life. However on the other hand I met many people learned alot about myself and the desires of other people, and here comes the big clche I also met my current fiance on second life. We now live together happily, though we no longer use second life.
