Who is the best Rapper or Hip-Hop artist at the moment??

who would you say is the best rapper or hip-hop artist at the moment and their best song?? Personally I think Kanye West and Lupe Fiasco are awesome but other rappers like lil wayne and ludacris are also pretty good.
