So the best way to lose weight and have fun is carmen electras strip tease workout dvds!!! =] they work and were in this month's womens health magazine =]!! Dont worry about looking stupid, nobody will be around except you since your in your own home, and you'll soon be able to surprise that special smeone with a brand new dance ;) Hope this helps some of you looking for a fun way to lose weight!!!

is it really that good? i was thinking about that and my husband said he'll get it for me if i wanted it. i've seen samples of those other 'strip to lose weight' things. is carmen's better? cause I also like those dance ones as well since i like dancing.

I did ballet so dancing was the easiest way to lose weight! Give it a try and you'll have to get back to me to tell me if you like it and if it works for you!!! ;) Thanks for taking time to post!!!

ha well it helps you tone up, lose weight, be more flexible, and it helps women every day view their bodies as more beautiful =]
Its a more active form of yoga i guess you could say haha

My husband loved it. Especially when I did lap dancing. However, i lost my vcd so i wasn't able to sustain it. I think I should get another copy of those. It's fun. Hip hop abs is also good.

Does it really work these workouts. It sounds like a lot of fun.
I will have a look out for them, either way they will tone your body.
