She's done a great job of these DVD's. I truly love doing these workouts and they are fun as well. It's a great way to pass time and it does work for strenthening and toning if you like to be active. My fiance loves it as well. maybe its for carmen though.

Not at all. I have a very strong background of dancing, gymnastics and cheerleading... if you participate in any of these as im sure you do then you will have no probs.
