Your own Website or Blog?

Which one do you prefer better? I have my own website using GDI because of the income opportunity and also I get a website out of it, but I see a lot of people being successful with blogs...What do you think? and how do you bring in income from your blogs?

I have a couple of blogs and I really like it a lot. I never had a website but am planning on owning one sometime soon.
So my vote goes to blog. :)

oh, i want have my own website,but most website is not free.
