If you have some places that are not all fat- like thighs. Yoga will help a lot.

I would imagine the discipline it takes to participate in yoga, would help in the discipline it takes to stay slim, or get slim!

I think it is true. Yoga isn't an exciting sports, however, you do sweat a lot to do yoga. It can give you a good figure. This is a very graceful sports in my opinion.

Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development of the body mind and spirit. THe continued practice of youga will lead you to a sense of peace and well being. and also a feeling of being at one with their enviorment. The pracitce of yoga makes the body strong and flexible it also improves the funtioning of the repiratory circulatory digestive and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clairity of the mind. I love hot yoga. You wouldn't be a bit surprised at what you can do.
