cyber theives can't we stop them.

I don't think we can't stop cyber thieves or should I call them "scammers/hackers". If not hundreds, there are probably millions of em worldwide. Big or small time cyber thieves, they are still doing the same thing and that is to get money from people. And they're good at it. That's why the only thing we can do now is to prevent them from robbing us our hard earned money. Like you said, we shouldn't leave our credit card numbers or hand em out to others. Mostly, its the credit card holder's fault that scammers have stolen his/her money. Most of the scammers are smart that's why the FBI can't find and arrest them easily. We should just be very careful. Example: Buying at ebay, we should opt for full buyer protection and not paying directly in cash. Also, check for seller's reputation and stuff. Best of luck!
