usually do you respect your traditions?

people from different countries have many traditions due to where they was born or just involved in some special family traditions;or sometimes even deriving from particular religious ones.
So what about you?usually do ou respect tradition or not?which one in particular you like or believe is good for you to continue and which ones not?
