Are the facebook Apps getting out of control?

I'm starting to not even like facebook anymore really. Its just turning into a big gaming site, when it was originally made for people to stay in touch with one another. now every time i get on i'm getting bitten by a warewolf or something else stupid and it makes me not even want to sign on anymore!!

I think they are getting a little out of control because I have a bunch of emails of friends who invite me to do this and that. Hopefully they don't get like myspace

I think that the applications are only out of hand if you or your friends get every single one of them. The applications are ok and gives each persons personal page a touch of themselves. It shows that facebook is openminded and it also shows some of the things that your frinds like. I believe that there are hundreds of apps now but to each their own. I think I have 10 apps and there is nothing wrong with it. If you don't like the apps then just to put them on your page. Be true to yourself.

ya they are crazy! there are so many on there and almost every time i log into face book, i have a friend sending this app or that app...its crazy!

I think so and I am not suprised. I just made my first facebook application and I found out that it was extremely easy to make. I have studiet some computer science and it took only couple of hours to make that application. So almost every one can make one and when there are lot of apps, there are lot of invites.

i think they are really out of control.there is too much application circulating in facebook nore than in members i wonder what if those application leak out to other facebook like sites will it still continue to multiply?what i do with it is i just ignore those spam applications its just wasting your time.
