Help with ways to stay toned up?

What are yalls favorite ways to get and stay toned? not necessarily RIPPED but just toned or defined? I wanna come up with several different ways to work out to keep my body guessing and not fall into a routine

There are several little things that I do to keep my muscles going. What are you looking for when it comes to what you want toned? I can send you some exercises that I do.

i want the typical slim swimmer body type.

I would say doing alot of swimming as that would be the swimmer body. Do little exercises like lifting weights for the thighs, legs, abs, and arms. Pay a little extra attention to the legs and the arms as they are the ones that the swimmers use more of. Good luck to you.

We have a pretty big pool but I can only use it during the summer months. So during the summer I swim a lot and I like to roller-blade. That's good for the legs and the butt, haha. During the winter though I have to admit I'm a little on the lazy side and fitness is kind of replaced by good food for those couple of months. In the winter though if it's not too terribly cold up here I like to take my Lab out for a walk at least once a day.
