i am confused as to what to surprise my wife with this valentines day

Well, I guess first, you'd have to figure out what kind of budget you have for this romantic surprise. Do you have any horse drawn carriage rides in your area? If so, you could pack a little picnic basket with some of her favorite snacks and include a large thermos of cocoa/hot chocolate or whatever you and your wife drink as a warm drink. You could also arrange an at home spa. Go to your local Walmart, Target, Kmart etc. pick up some candles, massage oils (light scents, not heavy) and anything else you may think of that reflects spa.
