I am glad to get the year-end award through one whole year work hard. it's just one month salary,i would like the coompany give us two months salary or more,haha.............

usually the trial period is 3 monthes,why your period is a half year?

yes, you are right, the bosses are ruthless. now my boss will make me leave this company though i worked for him 6 years. maybe it's life,true life.

many companies don't do as the law request.For these bosses,Six months mean longer term cheap labour.Law is law,action is action.Here,if you can't accept,you leave.No discussion !

Yes,both us will glad to get it. Maybe it is few,but is better than nothing.A person with easy fullfil heart have more happiness than others. In your opinion that it is a good news for me that my the year-end award is about five or six monthes salary.But in my opinion it ls just the return of our low month salary.The total money I think is not more than yours
