I usually read books or articles on magazine when I can't think of anything I can do. It becomes one of my leisure time. Books that tackles on personality, romance and non-fiction are one of my favorite books to read.
The last book that I read and still reading as of this time is a book that comes from a religious sector. This book is entitled "Questions Young People Ask, Answers that Work" I find this book interesting and worthy to read because it made me reflects on important things that happened and is happening to me as of now. While reading I sometimes paused and reflect on what I read. Some of the questions that is stated there are: How can I make real friends? and Why do I get so depress?
How about you, would you mind to share what's yours?

Yes, I do still make the time to read books. I like all types including fiction novels, poetry, and non-fiction. the last book I read was a non-fiction by the title "The End of Work", by Jeremy Rifkin. It a study of the transformation of the work force from an industrial society to the information age that we are in.

I've always been a very avid reader....since childhood really but even more so in my late teens and more still as an adult...I read a lot of magazines (Oxygen for Women, Yoga Journal, Prevention etc etc), I also like classic fiction (Poe, Lovecraft and the like) and horror (clive barker, King, Koontz etc), I'm a huge fan of Christopher Moore books which are just hilarious (check out A Dirty Job) and JR Wards Blackdagger Brotherhood series (romantic, action vamp books) and I've a fair sized and still growing collection of spiritual books, self help, psychology and true crime books

I used to read a lot of books because I study literature and we had to read a lot of books but now I passed all the literature exams so I don't read that much any more, I spend too much time behind coputer to have time to read something that is not some book for my exams.

*Looks at bookshelf* Well, I read an awful lot either for study (post-grad) or for fun. Things I read research wise are mythology, archaeology and ancient history, all of which I really enjoy. Reading for fun I am very much a sci-fi and fantasy girl but I also like historical fiction.
Currently I am reading 'Lavender-Green Magic' by Andre Norton. I have only read the first chapter so I can't really comment yet but I have read books by the author before and have really enjoyed her work.

The last book i read was The Husband by Dean Koontz, he is a very good writer and i plan to read more of his work.
I do prefer to read real life documentation though such as The Yorkshire ripper etc
it fascinates me what goes through these peoples minds.
