I really want to know this. I recently lost 15pounds due to a sickness and not eating for almost two weeks but all I really see in a reduced size is my chest. I hear that losing weight by exercising will not reduce chest size but I don't know. I never lost a significant amount of weight by exercising. Tell me if you find out.

in order to maintain or to increase the size of your chest and at the same time it will reduce weight is an exercise. however this will took you years in order to see any improvements. are you familiar with a type of exercise which burn you calories (but not large enough) but also increase the size of your chest? there is one but it's hard to describe it. but there's another, have you tried push up? not the sit ups but the push up... i think somehow this will help increase your chest and burn calories at the same time...

For years I knew very well what you are talking about here. If I lost only 5 pounds, egads, it was eat, eat, eat to get them back before anyone noticed, lol. Well, I found the cure, and was surprised to hear Judge Judy mention the same thing on her TV show not long ago. Just get a little bit older and you won't have to worry about that any more!
