What make you to be a good teacher

I always liked teachers who created enthusiasm in the subject, who made me think about the subject not only in class or during study. And about controlling the students, i cant help you much with that coz i am always the naughty one [:)]. From a student's point of view, fear was what kept me silent most of the time, sometimes it was the way the teachers respected themselves.

I like teachers who are approachable. I hate teachers who always let the students report, and only commenting on their reports. I hate reporting. And I find it unfair that we teach more than they do.
