When you are sitting at the computer or on the couch. Do you sit with your legs down? One leg under you? Legs crossed?
I sit with either one leg under me or my legs crossed. I even stand with one leg up. My husband says I look like a flamingo! lol

I sit with my legs under me most of the time. I think I get it from my husband. But then when I stand up, my legs are either numb or hurting bad so I promise myself NEVER to sit like that again... until next time!

Thats funny! :) I usually sit with a leg under me or I have them crossed...It bugs me when I have to keep my legs just out in front of me when Im sitting down and its uncomfortable..LOL..Although it supposed to be better for your posture and your back muscles. Im not in the military so I dont feel as I have to sit like Im soluting :)

it depends. I find that I change my sitting position often but thats mostly because I have FMS and its hard for me to stay sitting one way for a length of time but normally its one leg under me or both on the speaker next to me.

I tend to sit with my right foot tucked under my left thigh when I'm eating at home or sitting at the computer. Otherwise my legs are outstretched or crossed at the ankle.

Ha, I never really thought about it in too much detail before. Right now I'm sitting with my legs crossed and noticed that my foot is asleep. I usually sit with my legs down at the computer. On the sofa I tuck one leg under. When out I try to remember the Priness Diaries movie of tucking one foot behind the ankle thing. I don't know why that stuck in my mind.
