while i am not from ns, i am from ontario...its nice to have other canadians on here! i love halifax, i visited it many moons ago! i really liked the cidital and the history (especially interested in when the harbour blew up during ww1)!!
you are SO lucky to live that close to the ocean!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Mag, i'm from NS, but not living there.. the two previous posters must not have been close enough to the harbour in the summer to smell the lovely sewage LOL.
I miss the ocean though, if you can bottle that smell and send me some we could make millions. I took my friends to NS with me in the summer and as soon as we walked out of the airport they were like *sniff sniff* Whats that smell ? i'm like you mean the clean air ?? and they were like YEAA is that what that smell is?? lol. IT SURE IS!!

I know your from Nova Scotia but living in ontario but thanks for the post!!!I know what you mean about the smell tho!!!!!Sometimes it can get ucky!!!But for the most part it is beautiful!!!
