Do you know this File Format? / myLot

I'm downloading some PlayStation2 games for a friend and I come across a game that has 2 files, a .mdf and a .mds Can anyone tell me how to write these files on the DVD? Until this situation I only had to do with .iso files... Are these files image formats also? Do I burn them as data DVD?

I have a solution: Tell you friends to buy his own games. Don't download games unless they're meant to be downloaded .
