what's your desired annual bonus rate?

the day for annual review is coming,after the reveiw ,we could get a pay raise chance in terms of the result of the review.the pay raise varys a lot. for our comany 3% to 30% is all available.think if the work last year ,may 10% is realstic.but maybe 20 will really surprise me.what about the pay raise policy in your compay? or you all your own boss,what is the bonus for yourself?:)
