Is Barack Obama forcing Hillary Clinton to address issues in the black community

So far I haven't heard either of them address it, all that is happening is the pot is calling the kettle black.

I feel if it affects the black community, it effects the entire community and Barack has been known to get all three kinds of politically-affiliated people in the same room working for the same cause and i really like that about him.
