Who remembers the autosurf 12DP or 12 Daily Pro? I finally got around to filing my claim. I had just started 12pd not long before it all came crashing down. My $12 settlement just covered my initial investment so I guess I can't be too mad because I know there were others who lost a whole lot more than that. I'm just glad to see any money at all. If you haven't filed your claim you have until Jan 31st. Anyone still doing autosurfs that actually still pay? I did a few but stopped after that whole fiasco.

I was a member of 12DP and Studio Traffic. Both of these were ponzies, but a lot of people made BIG money with them. I have continued to spend in auto surfs and have made some good money along the way. I have made more than I lost because I finally learned how to minimize my risk. Now I'm at the point that I don't play the ponzies any more, but only put my money in surf sites who can show that they earn real income from outside sources. The earnings are much less, but some of them have been around over a year. It is a real oddity for an auto surf to last more than a few months. It just depends on what you like. The more risk you take, the higher your earnings. I am more geared toward low risk.

Yes I was part of the 12DP family. I got in probably midstream when payments were still good and steady. Of all the autosurfs I was in at the time, 12DP was the best by far. I personally never had one single problem until the site was forcibly shut down. I do know some people who got in near the end did lose money, but it was not from a dishonest administrator but rather one who wanting to do the right thing did not know enough to know it would eventually crash because the make up of the plan was extremely high risk and could not be sustained forever that way. The ironic thing is that because 12DP was consistent in paying, it drew the record number of people that made it the biggest autosurf of that time and many people funded other autosurfs with their payments from 12DP. A huge number of the other sites were scams and would be there one day, gone the next with no repercussions, but because 12DP was so huge it drew media attention and FTC intervention and basically took the fall for all autosurfs. I too got out after that, but recently I decided to get back in because you can make money, you just have to know it's risky and be prudent in picking which ones to go with. Also it is best to get in early, pull out initial investment and get out at first hint of trouble.
