which comes first? Lust, love or infactuation?

I'm still yet am confuse with the terms of people saying that they fell in love at first sight. How do someone swept you off your feet the moment u lay ur eyes on them? So, which is it? You lust for them instantly? Or, its just simply an infactuation you just dont realise?
