is icashout a scam? i am a new member, about a week now. since i enlisted, the surf ads page had gone down twice, and now the whole site is off the net. what is happening? i know they have an explanation to it, but has anybody ever been paid by this site? please let me know so that i will not lose heart and trust. thanks so much for your help! i really appreciate your inputs.
