Ebay,Is a large online shop.. people sell anything.You can auction or buy. You can have a shop or just sell the occasional thing.. kinda like garage saling. You find something you want to (and can sell)..say there is a close target to you and baby stuff is on sale,you buy the baby stuff put it on ebay for the full retail price and then you make the extra money if the item sells.. lots of ways to do it :)
