Anubody has experienced with Business Incorporation in US ? What is the best state to incorporate ?

The best state to incorporate in is Delaware. Pretty much the state of Delaware is made to favor corporations. Many business incorporate in Delaware but do business elsewhere just so they can enjoy the lower costs and such. Interesting link, thanks. About Delaware I have contradictory information. Some site says that contrary to Nevada there is Corporation Tax of 8%. How to know who's saying the truth ? Thanks.

An attorney or CPA familiar with the states laws should be able to help you find what state would be best for you. I know that sometimes if you incorporate in a state that you aren't doing business in, you may be breaking the law of the state you are doing business in, because they consider the state you are doing business in to be the state you should incorporate in. You may also check the state's official web site and see if they have any information on their web site, or try to contact the appropriate division.
