Try to check for any body damage that has been repaired. Signs that it has been in an accident. Check for rust underneath. That could indicate it was in a flood.

if i see body damage should i try to talk him down on the price or should i just forget it and try to find another car.

few things u nees 2 check b4 buying a used car r: model, make, miles, parts, insurance, etc.
