I would Like to Know if there are people that are Interested in talking about remodeling their homes. That has been a hobby of mine for a long time. On my third renovation is where I injured my back and that is why I am at home now, not being able to do much. I have only remodeled 7 houses in my life(so far) but what a joy in taking a hammer to something to knock it down and then to see it put back in better shape than it ever was. Every house is differant and has its own style. The beauty is in putting it back together. You look at a house in need of something( your not sure of what yet) and you start tearing into it. As you get going you start to see the beauty of all that went into building that particular house. You get the whole inside gutted and now is when My mind wouls start to work. You take out walls, you move certain rooms, you add differant things to make the house more appealing to people to make them want to buy. You start to put it back together and you start seeing the way it is going to look. Beautiful!! My satisfaction always came from the finished house, not the selling of it. Every house that I remodeled, I would have loved to live in. But being in the business, You have to turn the properties or you are out of work. I still can go by the places I have done and I am instantly taken back to the time I did the house. What satisfaction!! I still try and do a few things but am limited by my back. I would love to be in the middle of it again but I have to stay on the side and watch mothersa do what I always have loved to do. My lose is someone else gain, so to speak.

I would love to be in the position of being able to buy houses, remodel them and sell them.
Sadly that will probably not happen for me so I will need to be content and do the one up we have just bought.
It is great to have dreams in our eyes of things we want to do. But sadly it all revolves around money.
