Music is therapeutic and healing

When you're feeling up or down. Music will lift any mood. Music has been proven to be an anti-deppressive. When you feel alone and feel you're the only one who's been in a certain situation, but you listen to the right song that sings you're exact emotions you then realize you are not alone. It is part of the human experience. Whether you hear those poignant and meaningful words in a song, or read them in a book, you are aware that you are not alone. Others have lived or are living what you are going through. Check out this article that sparked my interest in this subject.

I agree. I believe music can lift just about anyones spirits. A lot of times I can relate to the song, even tho its a song, I can still relate. I'm sure many artists songs reflect their lives at one point or another. I think soothing music is very therapeutic. Meditating to soothing music will calm your nerves if you let it.
