The funeral was held yesterday for our daughter Dodi who perished so suddenly in a house fire! We recieved a lot of support from friends and family, surely without the support i don't know where we would be! We still have a lot to go through with the investigating still! We hope justice will prevail because we were told the fire was deliberatly set! Live was short for our Bird, her nickname of several, she was turning a new leaf and had plans and goals! I am only asking if some friends would continue praying for us to have the strenght to endure this terrible ordeal? Thank you very much!

You've been on my mind this whole time and was concerned when I saw you weren't around lately, but of course what you have gone through is understandable. I do hope that the investigation shows who was responsible and brings some justice into the matter. You and your family of course will continue to be in my prayers budr (((hugs)))

For Bunn Bunn
Our bird was taken so suddenly.
She was just learning to fly.
Now she leaves behind friends and family
with nary a dry eye.
God’s purpose for Bunn Bunn our bird
Is more important in heaven
Than here on this earth.
Our gracious Lord,
from the mighty heavens above
Sent down his bird, known as the dove.
So, side by side, God’s purest dove
Graciously flew into the arms of His love.
We miss you, our girl.
We love you, Dodi..
Love Dad, Mom, family and friends.

Hi Princess :), I'm glad to hear from you! I truly thank you for the prayers because it seems to be getting harder to deal with our loss. I hope everything is ok in all areas of your life? Yup, i think about your well-being.
I'm very sure i will be looking into group family grieving and counselling! I think both Pat and i need it, but not in the same group so we don't end up blaming one another.
Your getting married Princess? Emmm, i'll have to check out your discussions, if i do spend more time on mylot. Please take care! :)hugs.

Budsr I am so sorry to see this, loosing a child is so heart wrenching. It must be even more so when there is the thought the fire was deliberately set. My heart goes out to you and your family. You are in my prayers. I too hope justice prevails and the villan is caught and punished although that won't bring your little bird back at least you will have justice. I will keep you in my prays . Stay strong and hang in there. We are all thinking of you.

budsr,
we have not touched base in so long a time. I am terribly sorry for your loss - it is the most difficult pain one can ever endure, I think, the loss of a beloved child... and how compounded that burden becomes when there is cause to believe malicious activity on the parts of others that facilitated the loss.
While the sense of loss will never altogether go away, I am told the sharp pain of it does lessen over time. When it is still so fresh in the heart though we sometimes cling to it as though we were clinging to our loved one.
again,
my condolences
