My sister's cat had kittens, and now they are everywhere. She intended on selling them, but she had a lot going on and never could get around to putting ads in the paper etc. Does anyone have any ideas where she can get them out and still make a little money since they are now several months old?

Well aside from the fact that I think it's rude that she wants to make money off of living beings, has she tried PetFinder.com?
I think it is good to charge an adoption fee, to guard against people who want food for their snakes, throw them in a dog fighting ring, or want to sell them to labs (I used to work at an animal shelter. It happens). But I also think she should have them spayed and neutered. It's the humane and responsible thing to do. (If there are 5 of them, they could easily spawn 25 more in the next year.) Then she can charge for them what she paid for the fixing. There are plenty of places that offer low-cost spay/neuter, as well.

post them in the news paper or on the internet and sell them for what ever you think is a good price but not too high of a price or you will have them forever. You can also post it on the site www.kijiji.com
