abs-cbn vs. gma

for me it's GMA-7!!! that's all i can say...

its hard to tell on whose lying in both of them....

Well it's pretty much obvious that ABS is performing a trial by publicity on their case, as for GMA, they know how to do things in a legal way. So whoever says the truth is not clear, though I am an avid GMA viewer. I believe that even those Filipino viewers from other countries are not satisfied by how ABS tries to monopolize the foreign airwaves, many are already complaining about that. Filipinos cannot apply for a GMA ptv, without having to subscribe first for a TFC. Well, that's obviously one pitiful act of desperation on their part.

ABS-CBN's case was already dismissed so they don't have a case anymore. They're now just relying on public opinion. Just let the court decide and then watch it on TV.

really hard to tell. let's just wait for the results of the hearing. but as to what i hear, abs-cbn has hard evidence and people who can testify to this cheating. they were even previous employees of the other network. let's just see who wins the battle.
