Hello friends,We call our earth "Mother earth" at the sametime normally the creater/God is knowns or identified as male, also if you observe carefully all the Lords of major religions in our world are males like Jesus,Allah, Lord Krishna etc.My question is if God/Lord is our father, earth is our mother then whos our grandfather and grandmother?
Please share your views with us.Thanks

I do not know who would be the grandfather for the Christian faith.. the term Mother Earth is more commonly used in animistic faiths (those who revere the forces of nature), so to use the Christian Father God and Mother Earth together is a sort of melding of two belief systems. Many faiths, especially the comparatively modern ones have no 'parents' identified for their dieties.. It is hard for us to think of religions such as Christianity as 'modern' but compared to some it is.. consider the Roman and Greek god pantheons, where familial relationships were important..
One example of a belief system which DOES dentify grandparents would be a generalized view of many of the Native AmerIndian systems, which identify Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon, and Grandfather Sun, but this is not consistent throughout all AmerIndian tribal systems.

God destroyed His people Israel because of lack of knowledge. God wants all men to be saved and to come into a full knowledge of the truth. The Holy Bible is the word of God and it is the truth. Read the Holy Bible even Chapter 1 of Genesis only so that you would not be looking for your grandfather or grandmother.

Hello Galena,Thanks for the response as far I know all the major popular religions like Christians ,Muslims etc follows
male lords and Gods, however we Hindus pray multiple deities
both males and females for different purposes but all these
multiple male and female deities are considered to be originated from Brhama Vishnu and Maheshawara and all three of them are males according to the Ancient hindu texts. It will be great if you share your knowledge regarding other
religions those follows female Gods.Thanks.

I follow a European Pagan tradition. I just refer to it as Paganism, but there are many many varieties under that banner, and my path has its origins in European Pagan traditions.
it's Polytheistic and Pantheistic in nature. there are many deities. the energy that is the deities is present in everything.
my personal relationship with deity is with an un-named Goddess and an un-named God.
to me they are un-named as I beleive they are bigger than a name. to name them seems to me to be an attempt to contain something far too big to contain in only a name. they were here before language. I sort of feel it would be arrogance on my part to attempt to name them. the old girl and the old boy is as close as I come to their names.
to me they are a fairly stern old woman and an antlered man. but these aren't physical beings, so they aren't "actually" an old woman and an antlered man. that's just how I see them. others may see something else entirely when dealing with the same God energies.
their story is that of the turning seasons. He's born at the Winter Solstice, and sacrifices himself into the crops at summers end, to be reborn again as the year turns. She is the more constant of the two.

first i might shock by telling that god for us is not "male" god doeasn't have a "sexe he's the creator as you said.we don't have to ask questions like that because everything is clear in "koran" go to it, read it in english or any language i garantie you that you'll find answers to evry single question you've been asking yourself.let's bet about it if you can't find answers i'll do anything you want.koran talks about scientist facts that are just been prouved nowadays god knew about them since he's the creator. and he hasn't been changed as other holy books"

Hello hypnotica, Thanks very much for your response and I really appreciate your knowledge and intention of helping me
to understand better and yes I am not shocked cause I have read The holy Quran Bible Gita etc and might be the reason I have used the word "Creater" as God and some people
might put an objection cause God for them is Krishna,Jesus
Mohammad Allah who took birth as humanbeings and yes I agree
with you all the authentic old or first editions of these books are verymuch same and scientific, however I will be
greatful if you share your knowledge and explain about the significance of each number 7and8and6 combined as786 which is considered a holy number in between a huge populations of Muslims all over the world,.Thanks again
